Service Use: InsertReady™ Cloud is a professional mail production automation platform for lawful USPS-compliant mailing operations only.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Data: Mailing data you upload is processed solely to fulfill your job requests. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Billing: Usage is billed per record processed per your account tier. Fees are non-refundable once processing begins.
USPS Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your mailing lists comply with USPS standards. C&A Envelopes is not liable for postal non-compliance in customer-supplied data.
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Limitation of Liability: C&A Envelopes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Privacy: We collect only information necessary to operate the Service. Data is stored securely and never sold. Request account deletion at any time: ken@caenvelopes.com.
